1. What is Bullstart?

Bullstart is a U.S.-based print-on-demand and order fulfillment company in Oceanside, California. We help e-commerce sellers automate production, shipping, and order management across multiple marketplaces from one platform.

2. Which sales channels do you integrate with?

We integrate with TikTok Shop, Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon. Orders from connected stores sync automatically into one dashboard, and more integrations are added over time.

3. How does order syncing work?

Once you connect a store, paid orders flow into Bullstart in real time through official APIs and webhooks — including product, variation, SKU, and shipping details — so nothing has to be entered manually.

4. What products can I sell?

A wide range of print-on-demand items: apparel (t-shirts, hoodies), mugs, hats, posters, stickers and more, produced with DTF (Direct-to-Film) and other printing methods.

5. How long does production take?

Express production is typically 1–2 business days. Times can vary with order volume and product type.

6. How long does shipping take?

Express shipping is usually 3–5 business days within the U.S. via USPS and other carriers. Tracking numbers are pushed back to your store automatically.

7. How do I connect my Etsy or TikTok shop?

Through the official OAuth flow — you authorize Bullstart on the platform's own consent screen. We never see your store password, and you can disconnect at any time.

8. Is my data safe?

Yes. We access stores only through official APIs with scoped OAuth, store tokens securely, and use your data solely to fulfill orders. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. How do payments and payouts work?

You pay Bullstart for fulfillment (production + shipping), and payouts to your bank are supported with real-time status. Pricing is available in your account dashboard.
