We provide custom printing, warehousing, and order fulfillment services to e-commerce sellers, including sellers on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Etsy, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

  • Shipping addresses (of your end customers for order fulfillment)

To fulfill orders on your behalf, we collect:

  • End-customer shipping names and addresses
  • Tracking numbers and shipping carrier information
  • TikTok Shop or other marketplace order IDs

c. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Shipping Carriers: We share end-customer shipping information with carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver orders.
  • Payment Processors: Payment data is shared with secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Payoneer, PingPong, LianLian) to process transactions.
  • Marketplace Platforms: We exchange order and tracking data with TikTok Shop and other connected platforms via API integrations to sync order statuses.
  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our business (e.g., hosting, analytics), under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us and we will remove your data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok Shop, Etsy, Shopify, and payment providers. These platforms have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

9. TikTok Shop Seller Data

When you connect your TikTok Shop store to our fulfillment platform, we access and process order data provided through TikTok Shop's API. This includes:

  • Order details and product information
  • End-customer shipping names and addresses (solely for order fulfillment)
  • Order status and tracking updates

We use this data exclusively to fulfill orders on your behalf. We do not use TikTok Shop end-customer data for marketing, resale, or any purpose unrelated to fulfillment. End-customer data is handled in compliance with TikTok Shop's data sharing policies and applicable U.S. privacy laws.

10. Etsy Seller Data

When you connect your Etsy shop to our platform, we access and process data provided through Etsy's official API (v3) using OAuth 2.0 authentication with PKCE. This includes:

  • Shop details (shop name, shop ID, currency, listing count)
  • Listing information (titles, prices, descriptions, states)
  • Order receipts and transaction data
  • Shipping profiles
  • Shop reviews

How We Use Etsy Data

  • We use Etsy data exclusively to provide fulfillment services on your behalf as described in our Terms of Service.
  • We act as a service provider to you, the Etsy seller, and process member data only to fulfill our services.
  • We do not access buyer email addresses without separate written approval from Etsy.
  • We do not use Etsy data for marketing, advertising, resale, AI/ML training, or any purpose unrelated to fulfillment.
  • We do not send order, shipping, or tracking notifications directly to Etsy buyers unless authorized in writing by Etsy.

Etsy Data Caching & Freshness

In compliance with Etsy API Terms Section 5, we cache data within the following limits:

  • Listing content: refreshed within 6 hours (our cache: 1 hour)
  • Other Etsy content: refreshed within 24 hours (our cache: 1 hour)
  • Order/receipt data: refreshed within 5 minutes

Etsy Data Security & Breach Notification

  • OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest.
  • You may disconnect your Etsy account at any time, which immediately deletes all stored tokens.
  • In the event of a data breach involving Etsy member data, we will notify Etsy at dpo@etsy.com and the affected seller within 24 hours of discovery, per Etsy API Terms Section 7.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
